A four-step process

Step 01
Site survey and plan
A senior engineer visits the site (or reviews drawings remotely) and produces a written installation plan: civil, electrical, rigging, RF shielding (for MRI), ventilation and access.

Step 02
Civil work and rigging
We coordinate with your civil contractor. On MRI installs, we deliver the RF shield room, chiller, UPS and helium-quench pipe. On CT, the chiller and power conditioning.

Step 03
Installation and validation
The system is rigged into position, connected, powered, and validated against the manufacturer’s IQ/OQ protocol. AERB survey follows on radiation systems.

Step 04
Application training
2-5 days of application training for your radiographers, depending on the system. On the last day, the hand-over certificate is signed.
Questions buyers ask
How long does a typical MRI install take from survey to handover?
8-12 weeks for a typical 1.5T MRI. Civil work runs 2-3 weeks, equipment arrives and installs in 1 week, application training and AERB survey in 1-2 weeks.
Do you handle the RF shield room?
Yes. We supply and install the modular RF shield room, including the door, wave-guide filters, and the RF integrity certificate.
What training is included?
2-5 days depending on the system. The training covers daily operation, basic QA, and the most common protocols. We can extend the training at additional cost.
Do you handle the chiller and UPS?
Yes. Sizing, supply, installation, and the first year of service are included in the turnkey scope.
