Every system we sell is handled by our own engineers — for the refurbishment, the installation, the application training, and the lifetime service that follows. We don't drop ship, and we don't pass service calls to a third party.
The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Uttar Pradesh. We work pan-India, with local engineers in 12 cities and partner workshops in another 30+.

CDSCO and AERB paperwork is part of the project, not an extra. We file everything; you sign three documents.

Quotes, EMIs, AMC premiums — all written, all up-front, all cancellable at renewal. No surprise invoices.

The service desk answers from 8 AM to 11 PM IST, every day. An engineer is on the way within 24 hours.

A refurbished system is sold as refurbished, with its service history. We never sell a refurbished system as new.
