2. No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. The product information, the regulatory walkthroughs, and the article pages describe equipment, not patient care. Clinical decisions belong with the treating physician.
3. Quotation
All pricing and lead times published on the site — or shared in response to a Request a Quote form — are indicative and subject to confirmation in a formal written proposal. Indicative figures can change due to currency, OEM availability, regulatory changes, or site-specific conditions.
4. Forms and consent
When you submit a form (Request a Quote, contact, partner enquiry, callback request), you consent to being contacted by Aditya Meditronics or its authorised partner for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We do not use your data for marketing beyond the request, and we do not share it with third parties other than the partners necessary to fulfil it.

All content on this site — copy, design tokens, components, articles, and product descriptions — is owned by Aditya Meditronics or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. Product names and logos of OEMs (Siemens, GE, Philips, Canon Medical, Hitachi, Fujifilm, Mindray) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
6. Equipment specifications
Equipment specifications, year of manufacture, and included accessories listed on product pages describe the specific unit available at the time of publication. We update them when units change, but the canonical source for any confirmed purchase is the formal written proposal.
7. Warranty
Warranty terms are described on our Warranty page and are restated in every formal proposal and sale agreement. The terms on this site are a summary; the sale agreement controls.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aditya Meditronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. The total liability of Aditya Meditronics for any direct claim related to the use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant transaction.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
