1. The short version
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or any data brokers. The only non-essential technology on this site is Google Analytics 4, and it only fires if you accept the consent banner.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary — always on
A small cookie that records your consent choice so we don't show the banner on every page. No personal data is stored. This cookie is required for the consent workflow to function.
Duration: 12 months. First-party.
Analytics — opt-in only
Google Analytics 4 in consent mode v2. We use it to count visits, measure which pages are useful, and understand which content is being read. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or any data sharing with Google's advertising products.
Duration: 14 months. First-party cookies. IP addresses are anonymised.
3. How to control
When you first visit the site, you'll see a consent banner with three choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and respected on subsequent visits.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.
4. What we do not use
- • No Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- • No LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- • No third-party advertising cookies.
- • No session-replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
- • No retargeting pixels.
- • No data-broker services.
5. Browser controls
Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) all include cookie controls in their settings, including the ability to block all third-party cookies. We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported.
