Warranty
Service · Warranty · Every refurbished system we deliver ships with a 12-month comprehensive warranty.
AMC / CMC
Service · AMC / CMC · After the 12-month warranty, you can move to a Standard Cover or Comprehensive Cover AMC/CMC plan.
Installation & Training
Service · Installation & Training · A single point of contact from site survey to handover.
How a project typically flows
From first call to hand-over, one timeline.

Discovery and shortlist
A short conversation on the use case, the install site, the budget. We send a shortlist of 2-3 systems within one business day.
- 02
Site survey and plan
We visit the site (or review drawings) and produce a written installation plan. Civil work can begin.
- 03
Equipment arrival and install
The system is rigged, connected, validated, and registered with CDSCO and AERB. We keep you posted daily.
- 04
Application training and handover
2-5 days of application training. The hand-over certificate is signed. The 12-month warranty begins.
- 05
Lifetime service
At month 13, you can renew on a Standard or Comprehensive Cover AMC/CMC plan. The service team stays with you.
