1. Who we are
Aditya Meditronics is a refurbished medical imaging company headquartered in Uttar Pradesh, India. We can be reached at privacy@adityamed.com.
2. What we collect
- • Form submissions: your name, email, phone, organisation, the equipment of interest, and a free-text message. You provide this on a quote, demo, callback, contact, or partner-application form.
- • Analytics: only if you accept the consent banner. We use Google Analytics 4 with consent mode v2. No advertising cookies, ever.
- • Server logs: standard HTTP request logs, retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to contact you about your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep an audit trail of our communications. Analytics is used to understand which content is useful and which is not. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and operational.
4. What we do not collect
- • No advertising cookies.
- • No data brokers.
- • No third-party trackers beyond GA4 (and only with your consent).
- • No special-category personal data (health, religion, caste, etc.) through the website.
5. Who we share with
Form submissions are sent to our internal sales and service team. If you submit a form and we are unable to handle the request in-house, we may share your contact details with an OEM or a service partner to follow up — but only with your consent and only on a per-request basis.
6. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for the duration of our business relationship with you (typically 3 years from the last interaction) and then archived or deleted. Analytics data is retained by GA4 for the default 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDPA, you can:
- • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- • Request correction of incorrect data.
- • Request deletion of your data (where we are not legally required to retain it).
- • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (the link is in our footer).

8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS to our intake endpoint and stored in an access-controlled CRM. We do not write personal data to URLs, log files, or browser localStorage beyond the consent record.
9. Grievance officer
In accordance with the DPDPA, our grievance officer can be reached at grievance@adityamed.com. We acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days.
